Refund Policy

Summary: numiVeda reports and VedicHymns credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no reading has been generated. We always make it right if there is a technical failure on our end.

1. numiVeda Compass Reports

Each Compass Report is generated on demand using your birth data and AI computation. Because the report is personalised and digitally delivered, reports are non-refundable once generated and delivered.

If your report was not delivered due to a technical error on our part, or if the report content is clearly incorrect due to a system error (not a difference of interpretation), please contact us within 7 days and we will regenerate your report or issue a full refund.

2. VedicHymns Credits

Consumed credits are non-refundable. Once a reading is generated, the credits used cannot be returned.

Unused credits (where no reading has been generated since purchase) may be refunded within 7 days of the original purchase. To request a refund, email support@numiveda.com with your registered email and transaction ID.

Welcome credits (3 free credits on signup) have no cash value and are not refundable.

3. myJyotish WhatsApp

WhatsApp readings are delivered conversationally and are non-refundable once the reading response has been sent. If a technical error prevented delivery, contact us for a re-read or refund.

Email support@numiveda.com with your registered email address, Razorpay payment/order ID, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
