• Birth data: date, time, and place of birth (for astrological services)
• Payment information: processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details
• Usage data: readings requested, credits consumed, app interactions
• WhatsApp data: phone number, conversation content (myJyotish WA users)
• Device & analytics data: browser type, IP address, page views via Vercel Analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver astrological and spiritual readings
• To manage your account, credits, and transaction history
• To send transactional communications (report delivery, payment receipts)
• To improve our AI models and product quality
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies that ensure only your account can access your personal data and readings. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Supabase — database hosting
• Vercel — web hosting and analytics
• AstrologyAPI — ephemeris data (birth data sent for chart calculation)
• Anthropic / Google — AI inference (reading content generation)
• Meta (WhatsApp) — message delivery for myJyotish WA
• Interakt — WhatsApp template message delivery

5. Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@numiveda.com.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@numiveda.com to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate usage. Our product platforms (numiveda.com, vedichymns.com) may use Meta Pixel for conversion measurement.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
